As part of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) this core provides design, biostatistics, and clinical research ethics services to funded and unfunded investigators.

What we do:

• Provide centralized services to trainees, fellows, and junior faculty who are conducting Clinical and Translational research and educate them about these services
• Organize research entities into a network to pair investigators with specialized services
• Conduct research on cutting-edge methodologies
• Organize seminars to bring together the network and develop ways to translate new tools and methodologies into research

Laura H. Daniel will be giving a presentation on July 23, 2009 in Parkvale 305a/b (12:00 - 1:00pm) titled "Assessing the Effects of Cross-Classified Model Misspecification on Value-Added, Growth Curve Models with Improper Covariance Structures and Attrition – a literature review and proposed methodology".
